هو من الاضطرابات الجلدية النادرة حيث يكون جلد المريض حساس لأشعة الشمس. ويحدث في الجلد شيخوخة مبكرة ويكون الجلد محتمل اصابته بالسرطان. فتنتج الاضطرابات هذه من فرط الحساسية للأشعة الفوق بنفسجية. مما يدل على ان هناك خلل في النظام الخاص بإصلاح الأحماض النووية وتم تسميتها ايضا متلازمة ديسان كاتو كاتشوينو
البوروفيريا
